Chloë provides GiGL partners with data products and services, including quarterly data exchange, site searches, mapping and webforms. She works predominantly with the biodiversity data sets. Partners can contact Chloë to request a tailored data product under SLA. If you are a student or member of the public needing specific data you may also wish to get in touch. Julie MacDonald

Julie is creating a comprehensive London-wide information resource of open and green spaces. The data is providing the evidence base for the All London Green Grid and can accurately highlight areas deficient in access to open spaces or specific facilities. Karen Harper
London Invasive Species Initiative (LISI) Manager

Karen is responsible for the day to day running of the London Invasive Species Initiative. The principal aim of the project is to promote the prevention, early detection and control/eradication of invasive non-native species across London, with the primary focus on wetland and aquatic species. This entails the development and implementation of the LISI action plan with particular emphasis on the delivery of several control and eradication projects to benefit the Water Framework Directive.

Lyndsey works with new data, digitising species and habitat information supplied for the GiGL database. Please get in touch with her to send in your datasets and records (or one-off sightings can be entered via the online form). Any data entry related questions can also be directed to Lyndsey.

Claudia Watts
GiGL Royal Parks Officer


Claudia works for GiGL and is responsible for managing the species and habitat data for all the Royal Parks land holdings across London. If you have any species sightings or dataset relating to any of the Royal Parks, contact Claudia. Claudia is an entomologist and is based at Richmond Park.
