GiGL service level agreements (SLAs)

GiGL enters into service level agreements (SLA) with organisations that need regular access to reliable and up to date biodiversity and open space information.

SLAs enable GiGL to achieve sustainable funding and to gauge the amount of work required of the team throughout the year.
