GiGL has worked with many of our partners to create customised online forms for collecting wildlife or green space information being generated by public surveys.

These are available in addition to GiGL’s own one-off records web-form or multi-records spreadsheet available here.

Note, you only need to use one form to report a sighting – all data from the forms we host are included in the shared London dataset managed by GiGL and made available to partners.

Survey forms enable interested members of the public to contribute their knowledge or observations to a project and provide records for the GiGL databases that are shared by environmental data users in London.

Read more about the history of citizen science and of archived survey form projects here.

Currently active partner survey forms hosted by GiGL are listed below.  Links to the form and to the host’s own survey page are provided.
