London Borough of Bexley

Bexley is an outer London borough to the East of the city, covering an area of almost 6,500 hectares, 17.4% of which is Green Belt land. Bexley adopted its outline of development priorities for the borough in 2008, within its Local Plan. There are 58 SINCs (Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation) that Bexley has designated. Bexley is a core member of the London Boroughs Biodiversity Forum (LBBF) but is not currently in partnership with GiGL.
