Royal Borough of Greenwich

Greenwich covers an inner London area of over 5000 hectares and has designated 55 SINCs (Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation). In 2014 the Local Plan for the borough was adopted, to produce the main considerations for the development of Greenwich. The Royal Borough of Greenwich is a partner of GiGL and is a core member of LBBF (London Boroughs Biodiversity Forum), which discusses information and good practice related to biodiversity and open spaces in London.
