This site lies alongside the eastern branch of the Pyl Brook, between the railway line from Sutton and where it flows beneath Epsom Road (A24) to enter Morden Park. The site is a Local Nature Reserve managed by London Wildlife Trust, best viewed from the footpath running between Holne Close and Rutland Drive, which crosses the brook on a footbridge. Most of the site is a Local Nature Reserve.
