Space to Visit

Some of the most important meadows in Greater London, close to Mill Hill village. Includes rich hedgerows containing Wild Service trees. The large area of grassland is managed by a traditional ‘cut and lift’ meadow management method. The meadows and developing woodlands support an abundance of wild flowers, and are frequented by a wide variety of birds. There is free access to the site at all times with public ‘Rights of Way’ crossing the open space. A magical place!
