This site consists of well-managed habitats in the grounds of a business park. The undulating landscape includes extensive areas of patchwork-cut meadow, well-vegetated lakes and tall belts of scrub. An excellent example of landscaping and management for wildlife around new commercial premises.Public access is confined to footpaths, which connect the Grand Union Canal towpath to private roads within the business park

Description
Wildlife
The grassland contains a good diversity of wildflowers. These include red clover, wild carrot, narrow-leaved ragwort and small-flowered cranesbill. Scattered trees include aspen and crack willow. Birds regularly seen in the grassland include green woodpecker and linnet.The wetland vegetation includes lesser reedmace, hard rush, common reed and least duckweed. The ruddy darter dragonfly is found here, along with a "giant" pond skater. Wildfowl such as mallard, coot and moorhen also occur here.Facilities
