Wildlife
This site contains the most extensive areas of flower-rich neutral grassland in Lewisham borough. Wildflowers such as lesser hawkbit, autumnal hawkbit, cat's-ear, goat's-beard, beaked hawk's-beard, common ragwort and dandelion abound here. Some parts of the fields are only mown once per year to encourage this blaze of yellow flowers.Facilities
