A wonderful little nature reserve, created on a derelict site by Richmond Council with the assistance of local residents. The habitats include wasteland plants, meadow and a pond.The site is a Local Nature Reserve.

Description
Wildlife
The diverse and colourful wasteland vegetation has established naturally on the site, including some unusual plants, such as Greek dock and cotton thistle. This supports diverse communities of butterflies and other insects.Other habitats have been created, including scrub, meadows and a small pond. These add to the educational value of the site and it is well used by local schools.Facilities
