Description

This large, attractive churchyard commands a fine view over the River Thames. It is situated in the very densely built-up centre of Woolwich.

Wildlife

The grassland contains good quantities of common wild flowers, and there are numerous mature trees. A wall supports the locally scarce ferns maidenhair spleenwort and common polypody, the latter of which is particularly rare in London.
