Description

The site of the former Old Malden Common, consisting of secondary woodland, scrub and a small area of remnant neutral grassland.

Wildlife

The woodland is composed of small-leaved elm, common hawthorn and blackthorn. Bramble, cow parsley and ivy dominate at ground level. Grassland in small glades supports agrimony, meadowsweet and common fleabane.
