Description
Wildlife
Long Coppice is the largest wood of the complex, and is dominated by outgrown coppice of ash and birch, with oak and beech standards. It has a varied structure, including flower-rich glades of bluebells with nettle-leaved bellflower, wood anemone, sanicle, moschatel and scaly male-fern. The smaller woodlands boast the presence of lady-fern and ramsons amongst the carpets of bluebells.Facilities
