Wildlife
The pond has quite good wetland vegetation, particularly at the southern end. Here, common reed, common club-rush, yellow iris and soft rush provide cover for nesting waterfowl. These include coots and mallards. A large population of greater duckweed (rare in London) covers the surface of the pond.Facilities
