Description

Coldfall Wood to the south and St Pancras and Islington Cemetery to the west border this large area of playing fields.

Wildlife

The playing fields contribute to the green corridor function of habitats in the two adjacent wildlife sites. Scrub and ruderal vegetation on the eastern side provide accessible natural habitats. There is a good range of grassland fungi in autumn.
