Description
Wildlife
Until a few years ago, this site was a typical recreation ground, with extensive mown grass and lines of trees around the edge. However, Haringey Council has recently planted up plots of native trees, including birch, hazel and wild cherry. In these areas the grass is left to grow, allowing wildflowers to become established. These enhancements give the site an air of naturalness in an otherwise urban setting.Facilities
