Description

This site was originally an old railway depot and sidings. It now supports a birch woodland with scrub and open grassland, and has been incorporated into the adjacent Oakleigh Way Recreation Ground. A Local Nature Reserve.

Wildlife

Amongst the wildflowers seen here in the spring are weld, zigzag clover and thyme-leaved sandwort.
