London Recorders’ Day is an annual event to celebrate wildlife recording in London. It is collaboratively organised by GiGL, the Biolinks Project of the Field Studies Council, and the Natural History Museum.
The varied talks and displays share the joy of studying nature, skills and careers, diversity and inclusiveness, as well as the use of biological records in practice. Read a review of the day in 2019 here and the first ever event in 2018 here.
Following the success of the last two years, London Recorders’ Day was planned for a return to the Natural History Museum on 10th October 2020. Unfortunately Covid-19 restrictions mean that this has been postponed till 2021.
